What are your processing times?

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days from the date of your order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing and 1-3 business days for shipping. Every product is hand made to perfection and we greatly appreciate your patience. 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours from ordered date/time.
 

Do you allow returns?

There are no returns. If products arrived damaged, they can be replaced.
 

Which type of payments are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
